I started out working in the gym and personal training industry and saw what was missing. I watched people exercising without enough individual care, going through the motions and not really connecting with what their bodies needed. I saw people working out regularly but forgetting about other essential health practices such as restorative self-care and holistic and spiritual well-being.
I wanted to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where people can make their own path toward health and well-being, so I started Optimal Health. Through working with many busy women, I noticed a need for women to learn better self-care practices, which is how I evolved to become Optimal Health & Self-Care. Now I support people to find balance so they can have strong, healthy bodies and learn to balance their overall health and their mental and spiritual well-being.

Bringing my skills together as a personal trainer and natural therapist, I can offer one-on-one exercise planning and mindset coaching, as well as massage and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. It all depends on where you’re at with your health and wellness and what support your body needs.
As a trained and experienced personal trainer, I have years of experience to draw from. I have a thorough understanding of the body’s physiology, systems and movements, so I can guide exercise appropriately, taking into account things like your age, body type, goals and any injuries or restrictions we need to work with so you aren’t exposed to unnecessary injuries.
Using my Naturopathic knowledge, I can offer support and guidance for your natural health choices to support your well-being.
I am a trained massage therapist and can help you identify and connect with your aches and pains and target areas that need extra care and attention.
As a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BSCT), I can help you along your self-healing journey as we connect and make space for your intuitive system allowing you to gain awareness and quietly heal using your body’s own resources.
