In today's episode we are delving abit deeper into the importance of detoxing and looking at the different choices we have to help reduce the toxic load on the body.
With today's busy lives it is easy to miss how some of your choices can be effecting your health, how your enviroment, food, household cleaners can be building up and impacting how you feel so embracing options around detoxing can be more important than you realise.
With so many options it can be overwhelming so we wanted to break it down so that you can see it doesn't have to be complicated or hard, there is a wide range of things you can do from reducing toxins in your house to taking supplements to support your system. There are some great programs around that also can support you step by step to make it easy to stick with it.
