Direction can be determined by you and you can truly have what you want if you organise yourself, get clear with your intentions and write out short and long term gaols to help track your progress. 

Today we discuss why we set goals, how to set them, and how even the smallest goals can have a tremendous impact on your future. 

Getting clear in your mind about what you want is really important so you don't wake up one day unhappy, unfulfilled or simply confused about how you ended up where you have. Setting goals is about taking responsibility of the outcome you are creating for yourself in all areas of life.
It can be a lot to think about, but when broken down into different areas of your life, you can really make it fun and enjoy planning what makes you happy and content.
