Ep 13: Movement


Today we discuss the great topic of Movement and Exercise.

We like using the word movement over exercise as this is what is more important, rather than trying to chase or keep up with our generalised idea of mainstream exercise. 

We share how exercise is a primary food which means it has a direct impact on our health more than food itself. It has the power to not only transform your physical state but also your mental and emotional state of being. 

We encourage you to get creative, have fun, and nurture this area of your self-care in a way that serves you by setting yourself up to succeed. Placing yourself in the best environment for you and also tuning into what type of movement best suits you, your body and the season of life you are currently experiencing.  

Movement is so unique for everyone and changes from day to day. Honour and discover what works for you, while removing judgment and expectations of how it should be done.
