Ep 29: Overcoming Challenges

Everyday challenges can play a big part in holding us back from looking after ourselves in a way that really serves us.

Today we chat about the importance of recognising these challenges and being present to what impact they are having on our self-care practices. It is then we can prioritise what needs to be done and learn ways to recognise challenges when they pop up. It may be from the shiny distractions that pull us away from doing what we know we should be doing to help look after ourselves or life challenges that pop  up and need our attention.

Bringing more awareness to our goals, what we want to achieve and putting some things into practice, these chaellenges when they show themselves,  don't have the same power over us as we can learn to focus our attention where it is needed and build inner resources to cope with them.
