What are Boundaries? How do we set them, and why are they important?

Self Care is about balance and to achieve balance it's important to know (or at least have an understanding) how much of ourselves we give towards particular environments, people, careers, seasons, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Put simply, how you spend your time. How to manage your cup.

In this episode we discuss how a boundary works, what they look like and how they shape the foundations of our lives. If you're not entirely sure of your boundaries, take a look around, you may surprise yourself and have some already in place. 

Gently take a step back and feel into where you might be over giving, pleasing, or pouring. Draw a line in areas that require less or more of you, and discover how life unfolds in your favour.
