This does not have to be complicated, you can make this a simple process and depending on your situation, it can be voice or not voiced at all. As long as you know and are aware of how to best apply it.

We want you to most importantly understand that the boundaries you set are the ultimate keys to creating quality of life.
They may not stay the same and change as you grow, however once you practice executing them and truly respecting yourself first, there's no limit to what you can achieve within success and your health and well being.
