Ep 34: Earth Seasons

Today is a carry on from last weeks conversation on seasons with a slight shift in focus. 
Today we look at the change in the Earth Seasons, Summer, Winter, Autumn and Spring and how the different times of the year can play a big role in how we look after ourselves.

Different seasons allow us to adapt and change to the enviroment and we talk about some ways to shift your focus from one season to another while learning more about your body and what it needs.
Knowing it is ok to change what you do and discover how earth seasons can guide us is such an opportunity of growth within and help establlish good healthy practices to support our ongoing changing journey.
