On todays episode we talk about energy. It is a fun topic to explore because we are all energy and it can be both negative and positive on your life, health & welllness.

We chat about what energy is, how we can tune into it and different ways we can shift our energy to have it be a powerful part of self-care.
What we can surround ourselves with, ways to release or cut energy that no longer serves you and help you to inquire into your energy field, learn ways to protect yourself and why this is really important.
