Food is something that brings people together and has been our main source of medicine for centuries. How can we truly take control and responsibility of our health if we don't know what is actually in our food? 

If we can take a small bit of time out of our day to plan and be one step ahead, even in the smallest ways, cooking can transform you and your family’s health and well-being physically, mentally, and spiritually. 

When we cook we learn, we save money,  we get to be creative,  and we are empowering our own skills in the journey to becoming our own healers.
