It really is the foundation of our self-care and maintaining a healthy relationship with ourselves. 

If we don't take time out, time away, and time for ourselves how are we able to have self-care active in our daily lives consistently enough to make a difference. 
Taking time out recharges our mind and soul and goes back to the importance of balance and what the pillars of self-care are all about. 

Without it, it can be detrimental to our health and well-being. Let’s remember the WHY behind why we work so hard and not forget the importance of rest and recovery to be able to show up as the best version of ourselves.
